Improving Personnel Performance at Bandung Staff and Army Command School (SESKOAD)

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: Effect Workload Work Environment on Personnel Performance at the Army Command Staff College (SESKOAD) Bandung. research method used in is a descriptive survey an explanatory survey, unit analysis personnel School Bandung with sample 30 people. type investigation causality, time horizon cross-sectional. Based results study, it found that had effect simultaneously partially. However, partially dominant workload affects performance rather than work environment. Because more influencing performance, becomes first priority improving performance. Therefore, advised improve working conditions atmosphere, so they are able professionally.
